Introduction

In order to make outstanding recommendations, here are some short ideas on how we expect our Weesperers to behave on the platform.

Less formal than Terms of Use, more consistent than your last shopping list, here is the Weesper Charter of Conduct!

Please take the time to read it carefully, and everybody will gain time, efficiency, quietness and chakra openness.

First Things First: Understanding

Everyone benefits from having a strong understanding of the company’s needs, as well as familiarity with the skills required.

Try not to dive into your talent pool before having really understood what the job description is asking for.

As you know, the candidate needs to confirm his/her interest in the job opportunity via Weesper. In the meantime, you can always add a personal touch by having a chat with the candidate beforehand.

On our side, we will go the extra mile to provide you with very detailed and crystal-clear job descriptions. If you have any lingering questions, feel free to get it touch with Weesper, we will try to shed light on any dark areas!

Next Up: The Recommendation

We created Weesper because we believe that one good chat is worth a thousand social profiles.

You might have worked with the candidate for many years or just met him/her at a networking event.

In any case, your recommendation will always be perceived as stronger when you’ve taken the time out to properly talk with your candidate.

You will be responsible for each of your recommendations, so it’s probably best to spend some extra time on this part!

Reputation Matters

We are warning you, Weesper can be addictive! The more reliable your recommendations and information are, the more visible you will be. Who knows - you may also win awards and even surprise gifts...

So do your best and you will be rewarded! We will also spread the word on Weesper on how good you are!

Follow Ups

On Weesper, we are trying to shorten the recruitment process… still, hiring someone good takes time. In the meantime, life changes fast though, doesn’t it?

Our best advice is to frequently follow up with candidates.

So please inform us if there is any change in the interest, availability or implication of the candidate you recommended.

Our Shared Values

Weesper is a quality-driven tool made to facilitate the life of talented people.

There’s (hopefully) no need to say this, but it’s worth reminding that:
All the recommendations you make are to be objective and free from any type of discrimination with regards to gender, race, choice of soft drink, and so on.

He/She may just be really cute, but:
We ask you not to be biased by personal affinity or prejudices.

Weesperer's Rule

A few ground rules do need to be set:

Be aware that you will not be able to refer or help hire a candidate that you have already referred successfully into another company in the last 12 months.

Also, we assume that you will respect the confidentiality of the information you have access to, both regarding the company and the candidate. Yes, privacy matters.

And you already know it - and so do we, we will respect your privacy just as much!

In Conclusion...

To conclude, Weesper’s team solemnly pledge to you that we will:

- Make sure that each job offer is real and clear

- Perform rigorous follow-ups on the hiring process of your candidates

- Pay you as soon as Weesper receives the referral reward payout from the hiring company

This being said, do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any further questions or suggestions.
